The physical location is great. Inside he chairs/tables are great to chill and enjoy your coffee. I've been coming for weeks now and you guys are always out of the brown sugar cold foam. Today I picked up my venti sized order and only half of the cup was full because y'all were out! The heck? Do better at keeping items in stock. Staff also looked and moved tired.
Kiana and Nita at this location are the best! Kiana was the only barista and she was working her butt off! And Nita was working the drive and front by herself. Both very hard workers as they were the only ones working at this store!
2nd time i waste my time! I pay so they can give me a sugar brown coffe with no sugar! Outrageous and is the second time i order this drink. Why is is called brown sugar if it taste like a black coffee! My friend ordered the caramel machiato and is the same
