My husband ordered a sandwich to go and got it delivered to his work since he can’t leave his job to grab food. When he took a bite of his sandwich pieces of hard yellow plastic was in the sandwich. They wanted him to take the sandwich back to subway but he can’t leave work so they said there was nothing they could do!!

I placed my order online for pick up went in got my sandwich. Went back to work, get to work and I find the BLT I ordered, foot-long by the way, it had three strips of bacon total and they weren’t even cooked all the way. This is a horrible location.

It was absolutely disgusting and the workers never spoke a word. Didn't acknowledge anyone in the room didn't get the order right. Never even looked up at me and acknowledged me or any of the other people they were out of. All of the ingredients didn't have anything and the one thing they gave me tasted gross like it was old. Never go there
The Subway on West County and the one on Andrews Hwy have terrible customer service. I will not eat at these or any Subway again.

I think you need a new toaster! Ordered two sandwiches, had them toasted, and the chicken was cold in the middle, the cheese wasn't melted, and the bread was luke warm. And we only drove half a mile away before we ate, so there's no excuse.

The 2 girls working put up with my particular order and then some.. It makes it hard to eat out because of how I order my food so I generally don't anymore but every once in a while you run into people who care and actually take care of you without being upset the whole order.
