I ordered a footlocker for my wife and when she got it it had the veggies only on half of the sandwich, the spinach was frostbitten, the bread was hard. This is unacceptable. I called to speak to someone and they didn't even answer the phone. This place needs new management

My husband ordered a sandwich to go and got it delivered to his work since he can’t leave his job to grab food. When he took a bite of his sandwich pieces of hard yellow plastic was in the sandwich. They wanted him to take the sandwich back to subway but he can’t leave work so they said there was nothing they could do!!

It was absolutely disgusting and the workers never spoke a word. Didn't acknowledge anyone in the room didn't get the order right. Never even looked up at me and acknowledged me or any of the other people they were out of. All of the ingredients didn't have anything and the one thing they gave me tasted gross like it was old. Never go there

I think you need a new toaster! Ordered two sandwiches, had them toasted, and the chicken was cold in the middle, the cheese wasn't melted, and the bread was luke warm. And we only drove half a mile away before we ate, so there's no excuse.
