So I waited 45 minutes for my food. The manager Russel Bates then brings me my steak without the sweet potato and said it’ll be another 10 minutes. Clearly not a very intelligent individual.
All in all, it took close to an hour to get my food. Then I brought up the fact I was charged for a filet and was served a sirloin and he argued with me saying filets have a lot of fat on them too. Absolutely the best service!!! Food was amazing and when I told them it was my first time there we got a card for a free appetizer next time!!
Worse experience I've ever had at any roadhouse I've been to was here at the Odessa roadhouse. Will not go again to this location ever.
