Topgolf Swing Suite at Hawthorn Suites Odessa

Last Thursday I went with my husband to this place to play. The service and the food were excellent The bartender was very nice and took good care of us. I think her name is Ana. Great service

Missed out on a better rating, but they were CLOSED @ 21:45 on a Friday night......when the hotel says open till MIDNIGHT.. sad business model for a place on hotel grounds.....

We had a reservation Sunday 07/20 when we got there the screen was black & grainy the bartender was the only “assistance” there. She stated she was new and didn’t know much about it but that she thought it would go away once we started playing. Paid $65 for an hour and the whole time it was lagging (very very slow), grainy (the whole screen was just blurry we couldn’t see anything unless we would look at the monitor), and the bartender said her manager wasn’t able to come down and fix it for us and she didn’t know how. She promised us a refund, I have emailed, called up there, & attempted to put an inquiry online for a call back. Still no communication or refund. Don’t waste your time or money for this place. They are very unprofessional & honestly a mess.

Great food, great service. Only issue I had was they charge for every soda refill. Had the cups been bigger or less ice I wouldn't have minded, but the glass holds maybe 12 oz when empty.

This is a really nice bar and restaurant. It’s not too crazy and I like that. The bartender with glasses is so kind. Food was good too! Enchiladas is the best!

It was a great place to go with my friends an have fun with all the different games they had.I recommend this for your next stop in Odessa or if your not doing anything an wanna have fun an eat.

Made appointment online. Paid in full. Not opened when we showed up for paid time. 1 hour later still no one to help. Managers out of town. Paid but unable to play or be refunded. West Texas really needs these golf experiences, but with the lack of communication, dependability and service, it will not make it. Will not recommend without major overhaul
