This Wendy’s is awful, everytime I go in the morning at 8 am they can never seem to open on time. I will be honking from 8 to 8:30 and no one will answer the drive thru and the front is locked but guess what you can see someone walking around the restaurant. They deliberately don’t open or answer so they won’t have to take any orders so early. They are ridiculous and deserve less than 1 star. Don’t waste your time

I’m leaving a negative review because Wendy’s has started charging customers for their sauces. I don’t mean that they are charging for additional sauces but ANY requested sauce for nuggets, burgers and fries, etc. This information was not disclosed of course until after I paid for my meal and then was required to make a second transaction for two packets of sauce!!!

Ordered a burger no mayo.should have checked it there but had a 25 minute wait.got home to have mayo of course. Drove back,they didn't apologize but just scraped it off and gave it back.now I remember why I haven't eaten there in years

This Wendys sucks… It’s a dirty establishment inside. The people working there look like they haven’t showered in weeks. They don’t wear gloves handling food. I doubt their hands get washed. I stood there for 15 minutes without anyone taking my order. The last time I came to this Wendys, they had no baked potatoes ready and it was a 20 minute wait. Then got my burger wrong and didn’t have meat ready to make it right because they had an issue with the grill… Garbage…

Did an app order, arrived at store, was told they didn't have chocolate frosty's. Fine make them vanilla. They give me the frosty's and ask me to pull up. 12 minutes later I took the frosty's back in the restraint and asked for new ones with my order. 4 minutes later they brought my food and the 2 frosty's . I ask where are the drinks? What drinks? Really? Now I have to wait on drinks. Next I get 1 drink and I am told they are out of Dr Pepper. All I drink, so no drink for me. I paid for it but never got it. Staff never even acted empathetic
