Amy’s Taqueria has wonderful tacos on homemade tortillas! They have a neat little grocery store, meat counter, drinks (the horchata is delish!), snacks, and candy. The owners/staff are amazing, so kind, and very friendly!
If you're wanting a more authentic Mexican plate, COME HERE! I did not know about Amy's until I happened to pass by. I had the Huevos Ranchero and it was so good. These small 'mom and pop' establishments are some of the best places to get great food that has not been commercialized. Thank you Amy for the amazing food and service. I will be back.
I love the breakfast tacos here. Sometimes we have issues if Any isn't the one in the kitchen but if she is you can guarantee that you are about to have the best breakfast tacos. My husband is a fan of their red and green sauce. He races that their pico is amazing as well. We have a tradition of getting tacos about once a week and either going to the river or the city park in Mont belvieu. Their service is also fairly quick, especially if you call ahead.
