I’m just a dumb guy from New Orleans who knows nothing about good Mexican food. But holy crap!!! This was the most incredible pastor sandwich I’ve ever tasted by a MILE!! Why is this place not slam packed with a line out the door??

This was by far the best Mexican food restaurant I have ever eaten at! Everything was made fresh, was full of flavor, & completely authentic.
This was not your typical mexican restaurant with all the fooforahh hanging around. This was a locally owned and operated place with 4 or 6 place settings at small patio style tables and a modern exterior entrance. Drinks are served in a can with a cup of ice.
We had the Alambriza for 2-3 ppl that was served with homemade...

This place was recommended to me. I love all! The steak cubes with the onions were delicious without being greasy. We loved all the meats including fajita, steak, ribs because they were soft and had a unique flavor. The sauces and tortillas don't even mention it. The next time I return to Brownsville, I'll be back. Thank you so much!
