Unfortunately, today we were very disappointed in being on hold for over 30 min trying to place an order for pick up. I understand that it can get hectic , however imagine all those people who the call goes unanswered or left on hold... thats not how business should be done. I dont like putting bad reviews however today was unacceptable. We've never been on hold for more than 10 min in the past. Today we got to the store we were still on hold and the phone was being ignored on purpose. This is not OK and very unprofessional.

First time at WingsBarn in Olmito and it was an amazing experience!! The food was delicious, and the service from Krysa, the manager, was excellent. I highly recommend the burgers and wings. Definitely getting back again!

Placed the order over phone, they said it would be 15mins, drove there ppl came in as I waited for my order even though it had been over 15mins. The ppl that arrived while I was waiting and placed their order there started getting their food before me. When I asked about the status of my order it had been 42mins and was told that they would be working on my order. To top it off even when I placed my order over the phone there was along wait to order and the person who ordered had a horrible tone. When I arrived at the restaurant there was only about 5 ppl in there and now I can See why.

After being a loyal customer to the Olmito wingbarn we paid over $60 for wings that were so hard we didn't eat .I thankfully had also ordered dominos so we had pizza by itself .The wings were old ,like if they were just sitting there then double fried.I called and made a complaint and the manager there named Valerie apologized to me and said that I had 3 days to go in and they would redo my order due to the mishap.When I called today they were rude and were not willing to make my order as told by Valerie.They said they would only give me 15 boneless wings after I had bought 60 ,three different appetizers and a large bottle of ranch.This is so annoying since we didn't eat what we paid for ,times are difficult and this is so unfortunate.I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN ...and if my purchases are checked I always pay around $85 to ,$100 we are a family of 7 but never again.
