clean place. food is below par chicken strips where burned an you could taste it; fries were ok but on the cold side. guess its expected for being out in the middle of nowhere.

Omaha tx location resturant is terrible, unfortunately I've been there a few times hoping it would change. The taco meats always cold, chicken basket chicken always over cooked and the food taste like old grease. When we go we know the cost will be high and that's fine if the food were good. We tried hughes springs dairy queen past couple times and I will start making that trip over there instead of omaha

Against all odds, we created the dipped ice cream sandwich. They had no ice cream sandwiches left and things were looking rough. I said maybe we should bail.. The lad turned to me and said we don't bail at Dairy queen. He made one from scratch and did the unthinkable and dipped it. He then carefully placed it upon on a paper towel. Although it exploded in my hands and there was shredded paper towel stuck all over it, it was a beautiful experience and we made history.

I have only been there once. May or may not go back. Not there often enough for it to matter. Food was fine* but incorrectly condimented... It's enough of a word to count, for now.
The call I placed after opening my burger was as polite as I could be without becoming aggravated. "I am going to eat this because we're not turning around and I don't waste food, but when someone orders mustard instead of mayonnaise, it's because that person doesn't like mayonnaise." And then I hung up.
For some reason, nobody gets "no mayonnaise" right. It's an industry-wide problem. Stop putting it on literally everything and then stop changing the standards every month or two. Not just a Dairy Queen issue, but they can't fix it without being aware.

The cheeseburger was dry as if it was sitting out a long time. Cold, cheese wasn’t melted and fries so hard and old you couldn’t chew them. Awful food.
Parking: We had onion rings with are chicken strip baskets and the onion rings are burnt and we didn’t get are bread with the chicken strip basket and the fries are a little over cooked and we waited for so long for our food that we had to drive around to the parking lot and we had to wait even longer and no one was doing there jobs they were just standing and talking and one of them were going outside playing with two kids and while we were at the window we had to wait at least two minutes for the girl to turn around so we could pay and she was giggling and laughing and the manager didn’t care because that was the person she was talking to

Always out of things that make up the menu. Customer service is also poor.
Update 6-12-24 After several times of our order being wrong decided to contact the owner and got horrible service from her as well. Sue the owner advised me to go eat somewhere else instead of trying to make things right. She got aggravated and wanted to make excuses instead of listening to an aggravated customer that has tried to give her business several attempts. Doesn’t care that the paying customer has to come back to her store multiple times to get their order right. Doesn’t care about the time and gas wasted that was caused by her store.
