Chaserz Lakeside Bar and Grill

Have been here now 3 times. Service is good but not exceptional. There is one waitress who does do all she can and is very good. The others are average at best. Bar keep is good and is easy to talk to. Food is good and again not exceptional. You have to remember this past summer has not been the easiest for businesses with the lake falling to a 8 year low. If you live in Onalaska, TX, and noticed that there are only a few things to do over here other than hang out at home, do water sports, fish, and eat! Well, this is one of the spots where my family and I often grab lunch or dinner (mostly dinner). The selections are enough, and all the food here is good! Being new to the area, Chaserz was recommended to us when we were looking for a place to take visiting friends for lunch. This will now be my family’s go-to dining spot! Our server was Meagan and she was just perfect!The gator bites and onion rings are worth going for on their own, but we had catfish poboy, chicken fried steak, bacon cheeseburger, chicken tenders and fried shrimp.
