Jerry's Restaurant is a nice little hometown place with fantastic service. Known for their large portions, the chicken fried steak and catfish & shrimp plates are absolutely perfect and delicious. The sliced beef, pulled pork, and ribs are really good, especially paired with the smoked spicy sausage. The salad bar offers a variety of options, such as spinach, carrots, pickled jalapenos, and ranch dressing. This spot serves good old-fashioned home cooking, including homemade pies, bread, and desserts like the homemade chicken fried Reby. The breakfast here blows everything out of the water, with massive plates for the price. The place is pet-friendly on the bar side and has easy parking. Despite being busy, the kind server made sure to follow up multiple times, even topping off coffee several times. A quaint and laid-back spot worth revisiting, it feels like grandma's cooking all in one place.
