We waited in line for 25 min today after placing an order for 4 blizzards. I think they made the right away because they were a melted mess by the time we got them. There was a hike in the bottom of one cup, the collars were still on and once removed, liquid ice cream overflowed the sides of the cup. One of the blizzards was not even the correct flavor. Very poor service today!
I waited at the drive-thru for over 30 minutes for my order (milkshake & 2 blizzards) before finally requesting a refund. The wait at the drive-thru always takes forever, regardless of how many cars are in line. I actually saw a total of 5 cars leave without ordering today.
Horrible experience, had to wait over 20 mins for some blizzards, and on top of that one of the girls made faces when she finally took our blizzards even though it was her mistake, only one of them was had attitude the rest where very nice and helpful
