Not sure why they are always out of biscuits, even at nine and 9:30 in the morning.

Lady at the window with orange hair was rude and refused to take my rewards code because I forgot to give my code before I ordered & she didn't even ask for the code when I started my order.

This is by far the worst Burger King. I have tried a few times to support this location, but it continues to disappoint. I would use the one on 62, but don't quote me on that location, as well, because it's been over a year patronizing that location. This whole Your Way Meal was poorly executed. They took an original chicken sandwich bun, cut it in half and assembled one of the world's smallest disgusting hamburgers on it. It resembled a sloppy slider with wilted lettuce and mushy tomatoes. This meal would be perfect for a toddler that does not eat a lot if it was properly prepared right. They had the audacity to assemble a double cheeseburger the same way. The employees and Burger King need to get back to satisfying the customers or their location will continue to dwindle in sales and customers. Do better Burger King! Quality and presentation can mess up the whole outlook on a restaurant. 0/10 your way meal

Gotta give them 2 stars for one reason, they never have tea ready in the morning. There's no excuse for not having tea ready at 7:30.
Phones are always down

Asked for a plain cheese burger with no ketchup, and got a burger smothered in ketchup and it was everything but plain.

There were a few cars in the parking lot and no drive-thru line. I parked and walked into chaos. Trainees manned the front and drive with no idea and no management in sight. When they finally showed, it was to save the day solo Rather than explain or teach anything to the newbies. When I FINALLY got my to-go order, I opened the bag to check the food before leaving, and the GM snapped at me so hard that I literally took a step back. I'm guessing that she wanted to make sure it wasn't a dine-in order, but her entire demeanor made me feel unwelcome. My food was wrong, of course, and this woman still stood there arguing with me even as I showed her the No Swiss on the ticket and how 2 large pickle slices should count as Extra since regularly they put 2 smaller pickles. No smile, g'day, or apology as she brought the one sandwich she agreed to fix, just a "Here," and a pivot.
If it wasn't for the great rewards program and restaurant availability, I would've stopped going to this location long ago.
Good luck, trainees!
Vegetarian options: incredi-Whopper is. a plant-based burger. The sides and desserts are all vegetarian, but definitely not vegan.
Parking: On the entrance side of the building is about 20 slots. The drive-thru can make parking difficult, but the restaurant is never that busy for long.
Kid-friendliness: Kids' menu, Crowns, soda station, high chairs available. No playground. Some unpleasant staff...
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking slots, 3-way ramp up the sidewalk, heavy outward-opening door, low tables, accessible toilets.

Dad and I went and ordered some fish sandwich combos for lunch. Best fast food fish sandwich in a while! Ordered the "fiery" fish for myself (Nashville hot dip style) and regular for my dad. All the food was piping hot, served to our table with a smile and multiple employees thanked us as we left. Best service I've had from Burger King in years!
