Save your money and your time. Go to the Highway 62 location instead. The workers at this Burger King always seem checked out. They are constantly “out” of basic ingredients and menu items, and it feels less like supply issues and more like they just don’t want to cook anything fresh. I’ve never had a good experience here, and every time I give them another chance, I regret it.
Customer service is rough too. The vibe is like I am inconveniencing them by ordering food. No greeting, no thank you, no have a good day. Just attitude. This location needs serious improvement.

I went to Burger King on Mac Arthur in Orange and I must say I was very highly satisfied. Hodge made sure that I got my food fresh and hot. I would rather wait on some fresh food anytime then to fet my food fast and it be cold or taste like it had been sitting up. I will highly recommend going there when Hodge is working at night cause his customer service is the best and he doesn’t disappoint. Thank you Hodge for making my experience one to remember

I asked him to make my whopper fresh, which means off the broiler, but I watched the guy put it in the microwave. The lady told me it was to heat up the bun, but the whole thing was soggy just like it would be if you put it in the microwave total trash

Lady at the window was very rude will not be back . Ella , I said for no drink and she proceeds to say okay you want me to ring you up separate? I said yeah whatever y’all need to do but no drink and still ring me up a drink after I stated I didn’t want one then I go to the pay window and the big black guy don’t know he’s name I said again I don’t want a drink he proceeds to say well it’s cheaper with the drink I said I don’t want one though and I said can you take it off and he proceeds to hand me the receipt and still charged me for a drink like seriously it’s not that hard to take it off I stated I wanted a number 8 but with no drink it’s not hard to take the drink off I don’t care if it is more I will pay it and then I ask Ella to just take it off and she seemed she was irritated it’s not hard to just charge two wraps with fries and gets a attitude and hands me three dollars cause she didn’t wanna put it back on my card , not hard to do that either but guess it was to hard for her to do so. Will not be back , guess it seems like it’s too much for the two employees to understand about not putting a drink on a freaking order. Good ole high school only education . I have been there 3 times the month of July 2 times no biscuits on Saturday's and the other time sat in drive thru for 15 minutes so I just left worst burger King ever

The service here, especially on the morning shift, is deplorable. The workers are rude and very unfriendly. This is the last time, I'm not going back.

SO. issues. Ordered a double whopper with only pickles, mayo, ketchup. Couse I got one with everything on it instead. And apparently everything means peppers, bacon, and a sesame seed bun. Now the bun I understand, cause I forgot to mention I'm allergic to sesame seeds. So I swapped out the top bun, for one of the tops I had at home. But I'm also allergic to peppers. And bacon gives me stomach aches. Like about to puke type stomach aches. Due to the large fat and grease contents. So I was basically given a inedible slab a meat. Since the peppers were on it. And at the time, I was so tired, that I didn't even care, so I just went to bed after eating the fries. And forgot about it up until now. This happened shortly after they reopened early in the morning, case you are wondering why I just slept and forgot about it till now. But when they usually get the order right, its good. I usually just get two bottom buns, to avoid the sesame seeds. Course when I do, I have to scan the entire burger to make sure none slipped through for whatever reason. I've had better burgers, but still a solid option if you don't have a sesame seed allergy. I had to stop coming here though, cause my sesame seed allergy got worse recently. So I'm not even chancing it anymore.

Well Burger King back in the day used to be better. These days it's not horrible like you can eat it and you won't be starving anymore. But it's just the B team of fast food anymore sadly. Anyway I got the Whopper with the two paddies and the burger was ok they could have taken it a little easier on the condiments. The fries were alright nothing special to them.
