Dad and I went and ordered some fish sandwich combos for lunch. Best fast food fish sandwich in a while! Ordered the "fiery" fish for myself (Nashville hot dip style) and regular for my dad. All the food was piping hot, served to our table with a smile and multiple employees thanked us as we left. Best service I've had from Burger King in years!

We ordered from McArthur Drive yesterday, December 7th. Fries were half full but I didn't say anything about it. There were five of us wanting to order this evening, December 8th, 2023. We tried to order and were refused because we needed a paper coupon. They wouldn't take the internet coupon. Then we were going to pay full price and was refused even that. We were ordering five whoppers, five fries and small cheeseburgers as well. They refused to take the order stating they couldn't do it. I guess they couldn't find the proper buttons. One meal was ordered and I'm glad it was only one. It was mine and it was awful. I couldn't believe it. The burger was cold and the onion rings weren't even cooked all the way. It was disgusting. We also paid for a drink and didn't even get it. It was paid for. They took the money for it but we by far did not get what I paid for. $10.99 for a meal that went to the dogs and a drink that wasn't received. Pathetic and absolutely unacceptable. They may as well closed the doors. Customer service was atrotious and also unacceptable. Employees were disgustingly rude. I can't believe the company lets them get away with this. I do not expect them to remain open. They not only lost a lot of business tonight but in the future as well. The others went to McDonald's and I'm glad they did. At least their meals were ruined and McDonald's employees were very polite. Thanks to McDonald's for conducting themselves and business properly. Kelli Cormier

Staff was so rude, asked to move up when no one behind me. Three different employees asked, it took more time to ask than to just get my two chicken fries. Manager said she would give us a refund more time wasted, all so she could keep their drive thru times up. Never again!!!

I'm not sure if they were short staffed this evening, but it took almost 20 minutes to get my order, and then it wasn't even warm! The burger was colder than the fries, which was colder than the vanilla shake! They have to do better next time, or that'll be my last visit.
The burger I got wasn't all that great not their fault but the staff was so friendly, restaurant very clean.

I have and hope will always love BK, but this location is currently a joke. They closed the one in Orange on 16th when I was still very young, so I was excited about a local one when I moved back last year.I am rarely disappointed by consistently preproed foodstuffs cooked on a timer. This held true for the longest while.I have spent half my life in food service, so I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND. Overworked, underpaid, short-staffed, and looked over too many times, but our last few visits have been increasingly worse.Today we walked out.I'm answering the questions as if we had stayed...Parking: Handicap spots on either side of the entrance ramp. 6 more regular spots in front, 10-15 on other side of the lot. Crossing drive-thru traffic is only issue.
