This place has had really good food an service in the past , how ever with in the last 6 months or so this place has went to crap . Food is NEVER fresh an more an customer service sucks !! U can tell the manager an employee hate there job here ... this will be the last time I'll order here cause I don't like being lied to ... only have a 1 star cause I had too !!!

This location used to be great . Now I dread ordering on my lunch break. The wait time has become crazy long when I finally get my food, I am missing the essentials. Spoon for my soup, my avocado sauce for my wrap, annoying . And they aren’t as friendly or apologetic as they use to be. I understand new staff and things like that. But the friendly service should not be affected.

I’d prefer fewer people outside taking my order and more staff working inside. I usually don’t know what I want until I see the menu board. If you’re going to have people taking orders outside, at least move the menu boards further down the line so customers who don’t visit often have a chance to decide what to order.

Place is never opened when it says it is during the holidays or storms. Honestly the worst chicfila I've been to. Every single place around orange has just been horrible as far as service and time and quality. Whataburger, chicfila, dairy queen they are all about the same they suck. You wait when there is no line and your food still comes out cold as hell. I can't wait to get away from orange texas supposed fast food places.
