Everything was great BUT what I didn’t like was passing by the kitchen to get back to the bar area and seeing someone VAPE in the kitchen. I’ve worked in food before and even I know that’s a health code violation

Fast and convenient, but not as good as I remember. Thought it be more quality like sit diwn restaurant qualify, but it rates as a fast food. Not good and over cooked.

Keep changing the menu, prices have gone up way too much($16 for a simple mushroom burger. 2 years ago it was $12)Food is just sort of slapped together out of laziness and was not appealing in looks or taste. Server was polite.
Well there’s is a lot to say just about the service, starting saying I’m a visitor from nyc, I came to this place with my husband, my point of visiting this place was to order some food to go and have some drinks while the food was ready to go home, we sit in the bar, and this guy from the bar he ask for my ID, I show my DR identification card, he said it’s not valid because it’s expired, I said ok. I was so in to have that drink, that I even went home and get my NYC ID, here I’m again, he came and I show him My ID from nyc, he proceed to say that he doesn’t know if that ID is valid because it’s says learning permit, he goes to his manager, and the manager says that my ID, with my date of birth I was like are you kidding me I’m 24 years old, he says that I have to show a identification card or drive lisence, he just apologize and left, he said in the beginning if both of us don’t have ID he can’t sale us alcohol, just my husband has his Drive license, I can understand all this, I even stand up went to order my food I wait for my food to be ready outside in the car. I did not fight or say anything bad to this young man, but one thing I’m going to say is, customer service it’s below average, he did not even ask if I need help with something else, he didn’t offer me something else, he did not ask what I want to order, just to help me out you know. Since I was been polite and respectful. But he’s not compromised with his job, you could just send someone else to take care of your customers, like come on, I even went to my house to get the identification card, he didn’t have no intentions of helping me. But thanks to God The day was saved by the girl in the area where you order you’re food to go, she is very nice and professional. Other then that the food was great. But customer service from this guy, horrible. He doesn’t know what his doing. The manager should know better his employees,

Great mixed drinks.
I can't seem to get my fill. Got the guacamole, bacon, Swiss, chicken sandwhich. Badass

Every time I come to town to visit family, we always go to this chilis. The food and drinks have always been good and the service is quick. Our favorite server is Brandon, he's quick with a joke and checking back in with us. It is usually a bit cold inside so you might want to bring a coat. My recommendations are the fried mozzarella, regular and honey-Chipotle, along with the smoked sausage found in the smokehouse combo. On a sadder note, Chilis did just get rid of their corn on the cob, which was one of my favorites :(
