Waited at the bar for 15mins while the guy was sitting at a table flirting with girls half his age. Didn't know he was the bartender until another employee asked us if we had been waited on. Then the drink was nasty! It was a simple house margarita.

Mia is a new waitress who took really great care of my brother and I. She truly understands the value of customer service because she clearly knows how to read the room very well. Everytime I looked up even though she was with other customers unlike staff who ignore you for extended periods of time Mia glanced over often while meeting all of our restaurant needs. I had an amazing meal at Chili’s! The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy, and paired wonderfully with the seasoned shrimp on top. The mashed potatoes were creamy, loaded with cheese, bacon, and green onions — just the way I like them. The broccoli was fresh and steamed to perfection, making the whole plate feel balanced and satisfying.
The presentation was on point, and the flavors were even better. The staff ( Ella ) was friendly, and the service was quick, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely coming back for more!

Brandon is the best always happy and ready to serve us with a smile
It started out a good night, Brandon the bartender copped and attitude not sure why. We've been going there for years. Really liked it when Rochelle was there. Brandon has always had a dry attitude but never rude. He was very out of sorts and rude. I had, 1 margarita, my brother had 1 margarita, and my husband had a beer.plus we ordered dinner. I asked Brandon for another margarita kept waiting for him to bring it but never did. He went in the back got the manager and he told us Brandon didn't won't to serve us. We've been coming there for years as I stated, several times we had 3 shots of patron, and beer. Plus we always eat. But have never been told we couldn't be served. WE WIll NEVER BE BACK!! I was bringing my Mr. Hooks twice a week for lunch. His Daughter, Son, and several of us Chili's loss

This location is FIRE! There's hardly ever a wait, the cleanliness and atmosphere is always pleasant. They are killing it! Our server Keagan, was awesome! My family and I will definitely return and request to be seated in her section.
