Food is great but always have to wait a very long time for food. When ordering through the drive through it’s hard to get someone to take the order or even say please hold. Have had to drive to the window three times now to place order. Have had orders wrong a few times and had to go back. Other than that food is usually hot and good. The smores blizzard is where it’s at!

Yeah, the management at this place is horrible. I’m not talking about all the managers it’s just that one manager, Ms Lora. I worked there for like a 4 weeks and she was being awfully rude to me, and I didn’t like that at all. She was not training me right as she was supposed to. And they were rarely given me any days to work when I first started working there.

I eat alot of fast food places due to working construction. This dairy queen was pretty horrible. I'm ok if it takes 20 to 25 minutes to get the food out if you are busy. I'm also ok if it takes 20 to 25 minutes to get my food and it's fresh and hot. This place took 25 minutes with nobody in front of me and the food was cold as hell. That's pretty awful and poor excuse for a fast food place. They had 3 girls working the front so I'm assuming they had someone in the back preparing food. All I got was a burger and 3 tacos. Definitely will not be back there.
