This lady seriously wanted to argue with me about them having a frozen hot chocolate malt which I order from door dash with no issues but she said her not existing hot chocolate machine was broke weird you offer a hot chocolate oreo blizzard it's not a machine it's a mix you add. No worries Pinehurst will get my business from now on.

We had a to go order of 3 meals and 2 medium shakes and it was a whopping $41 and they made the shakes immediately..but the food wasn't ready for over 10 minutes..by then the shakes were like water...completely

Lunch staff on weekdays are very nice and filled with smiles.
I always come here to get the tacos and ice cream for my daughter. I love their tacos and taco sauce. Their blizzards are really good too. Sometimes they can be a little runny though. Service can be slow from time to time depending on when you go. Would recommend for kids. ?

For one of those run down day you need a pick me up get a chocolate molattae. It is the pick me up you need delicious. Works for me every time.

I called in a pickup order and the gentleman got my name and number and even call me back to let me know when it was ready I just so happened to be pulling into the parking lot right then. My daughter went in of course glued to her phone not paying attention to what I was saying, I called back into the store immediately the gentleman answered and I told him to be sure please put the two drinks and two blizzards in a drink carousel, because my daughter was not paying attention at all to what I was saying and she'll probably attempt to grab all four cups and knocking them down at the same time. He said yes he will put them in a carousel. Whoever this guy is I'm sorry because whenever my daughter came back out with the four cups in a carousel, apparently she got a little bit upsetting there saying I don't know why he kept talking about something to do with the carnival! I just said is my food and drinks ready and he kept saying here's your food and drinks in the carousel. I don't know what she said after that but that's the day that my daughter learned what a drink carousel was when she came back to the car LOL. Thank you for being patient with her LOL I thought it was kind of funny

Was there today.Waited 25 min today for a milkshake and blizzard.While there read there State inspection review. They did not pass and there is a fallow (sorry did not catch the date).I watched an employee trough another employee under the bus twice for the reason why the people coming in to order was waiting so long while he was working the drive up line.After 23 min i asked for money back.The drive up staff had nothing but more excuses. He was putting drive up ice cream orders in front of the walk ins.I will say they were busy, but there was 5 ice cream orders out the window after i place my order.And the floors are dirty!
