I ordered T-bone steak online. When i came to pick up my order they said it is not ready yet and made me wait 1 hour. After 1 hour lady came and said they don’t have t-bones anymore. I didn’t get refund as well, because they don’t understand the online system. Now i have to call to their support and explain everything and proof that I didn’t pick up the order. Frustrated
