This place is awful I couldn’t get out my house without knocking it over. I called and complained and told them they could have the pizza back. Told me there’s nothing they can do. I will never order again.

Favorite pizza in Vidor to eat

Selected the two for 6.99 combo coupon online. Everytime I tried to check out the price for each pizza was over $10.

Update: I called like they requested and all they did was tell me "I'm sorry, I dont know how to help. I'm not sure why anyone told you to call."

Great employees, always smiling and with uplifted spirits! If your pizza isn't exactly the way you wanted it, they waste no time on making it right!!! I love this Domino's ?

I called made a order.He didn't ask me if it was deliver,or pick up. He just assumed it was pick up. 30 minutes later I called. It was sitting waiting on me to pick up, told them I wanted it delivered. Price went from 15 to 20 . It was cold.

0/10 worked my butt off all day long to come home and order my fav cheese dip. They gave me marinara. I was so disappointed because I hate marinara. It really mad me sad lol. So I was like it’s fine it’s ok I’ll get it another time. So it’s been over a week and I call and ask them for my remake. They bring me the dip. Literally just the dip. I guess they thought I’d eat it with a spoon or my hands… I threw it away because I’m just so disappointed and disturbed that they would actually not think to include parm bites with the PARM BITE DIP. . . I just want people to be better and be more thoughtful. :/

Went to the window order 3 larger pizzas was done in 20 minutes. Perfectly made to the way I wanted it. Very hot and fresh. Would definitely come back again.

We have been ordering from this Domino's since they opened. The food and service has been average at best, but we have never said anything nor have we complained. It seems something is always wrong; if we order wings, the sauce is drizzled on top instead of coated like the picture (or like any real establishment makes wings,) if we order a BBQ Chicken pizza, the BBQ sauce is drizzled on the dough instead of spread evenly making the pizza very dry, they forget the onions, forget other ingredients forget parts of the orders, but we have always dealt with it and never complained. This is the only delivery restaurant in Mauriceville, so we just deal with it and made the most of it in appreciation of the convenience of not having to drive to eat in or pick up take-out.
That all changed today. I simply called in to check on my order and the manager Stephanie was very rude and unprofessional telling me they haven't started my order b/c it is a timed order, so they will not prepare it until it is time to do so. I don't even know what a timed order is. I asked her to cancel my order and she did. This is the final straw. I am now leaving a long overdue negative review, but more importantly we are done ordering from this Domino's. We have been very patient in the past and appreciative that we even have a restaurant that offers delivery, but no more. We will gladly forgo the delivery convenience. It is just no longer worth the money for the poor food quality and customer service.

My kid bit into a slice of pizza that had a large piece of plastic baked into it which I took a picture of. I brought it back up there with my receipt only to be told that they couldn't refund me the money I paid for the pizza but they could remake it. No I don't want a remake since thats what was served to us the first time. The manager said no refunds and was very smug about the whole situation! Never again!
