My husband, who often makes deliveries to Motiva, was charged over $70. They process your payment upfront and authorize it, which gives the impression that the consumer is the one authorizing the charge, leaving you with no grounds for a dispute. When you contact them about the issue, they respond with sarcastic comments. If you decide to still visit this business, make sure to thoroughly check your receipt.
