The winery has a beautiful ambiance,very relaxing and a great place to spend an afternoon. Great staff, and the setting is perfect for enjoying time with friends. The wines, however, are mostly on the sweeter side, which may not suit everyone’s taste. If you enjoy sweeter profiles, you’ll probably love it here.

Rating of wines only served at Lutcher Theater 2 star is generous. Cabernet was almost undrinkable if not for the charcuterie. There was a tar like sour taste. My partner returned her red for a white & struggled to finish it. Shelled out $40 for wine & small plate. The vineyard experience must be nice but wonder why go through the investment & trouble with the trying to produce wines. Just buy some good California or Texas Hill wine & let customers enjoy it. Lutcher really should not be selling it.

The staff was so friendly, the wines were delicious and the charcuterie paired perfectly! The atmosphere was bright and very clean. It was a wonderful first experience for my husband and I on our 22nd anniversary and we'll definitely be going back!

Amazing time - it's a quiet area with outdoor seating. You can walk through the vineyard or just sit around and enjoy different wines made right here in Orange. Everyone was super pleasant, there were SO many options too. They offer small sips to taste before you commit to purchasing and they also have small snack/finger foods to compliment the drinks. Definitely recommend checking out Free State - they even got me to sign up for their wine club!
