Stopped by here for a quick lunch during work. Great experience and I got a lot of food for what I paid for. The restaurant looks great and they’re pleanty of seating. I got the deluxe dinner but I’d recommend getting the enchiladas that was my favorite.
I've been going to Guadalajara for many years. The food is pretty good. Queso is top notch.
However, I would recommend that you not be in a hurry if you go. While the waitstaff is usually very friendly, this place is perpetually understaffed. Usually 8-10 tables per waiter at a minimum. Prepare to wait 10-20 minutes for a margarita. Waitstaff is extremely busy and seems to struggle with how many tables the management asks them to cover.

Everyone was very friendly and polite. The food was good and just what we were looking for. The step into the front dining area wasn't well marked, and a couple of our group stepped off awkwardly. The ice cream machine was an added bonus. We would definitely return again to eat.
