After 10 minutes of waiting and watching the complete disregard for customers and witnessing most of the employees walking around like chickens with their head cut off, I left without completing an order or even being able to get a hot and ready. Can't give food a rating because none was received, I'm glad because judging by the employees the food was probably not even worth the price

06/24/25. Ordered a pizza today and when I opened the box, several brown roaches crawled around and then I saw small babies roaches. I threw up for almost an hour.... I called the little Caesars on 16th and was laughed at, told lady we don't have roaches and hung up on.... Then I called Doordash and told them the situation and was given a credit for my order. I will NEVER use little Caesars ever again!!!!!

Walked in because we were feeling pizza on a nice day, it's almost 4pm around this time mind you, don't have any of the puffs apparently, they were "out." On top of that, the side eyes I got were god awful. Sat and waited for my food, she comes up, gives us it and we leave until I realize my cookie dough cookies weren't there. I rang up, same woman I had spoken with earlier. "Oh well you can come up here and get them, with your receipt" she knew it was me without a doubt, off of my order, so I showed back up because I was going to get what I ordered and paid for. All these employees made eye contact with me and walked away. Not one person stopped to ask or serve me until I addressed her directly when she came to the front and LOOKED AROUND ME LIKE I WASN'T THERE, after I had JUST got off the phone with this woman. 0/10 for customer service. Will not be returning.

They need a bigger place to work and move around. And at least let them SIT and take a break. They most definitely need older workers and not school kids. They need dependable people who gone take their work seriously but over all it's a good place even though I don't eat pizza🤫

I really only have the same problem when I come here and that's the amount of sauce they give you. For someone like me it's two dips and I've finished it all. When the general manager handed me the two sauces I ordered they were different amounts, with the smaller one I asked her to please give me another one that had more sauce and she told me that she personally filled the sauces with the correct amount and wouldn't give me another sauce that at least matched the other one she gave me. I don't like when they do that.
