Worst meal I've ever had, they told me I had to wait for my apple pies 15 minutes later they told me I had 2 minutes to go on my apple pies then I never received my apple pies and they had to refund me for my apple pies which in turn my whole meal was cold also had to get my fries replaced they were salty and stale

The drive through is always to long and it's just as bad on the inside. They need to rebuild and make a double drive way. they always messing up orders.bottom line they need a new drive thru and faster workers.they have more people driving off than they have orders. I never did like McDonald's it's the only building that's been around for 100yrs and still haven't changed...REAL TALK!!
Parking: Yes, when the people are the inside getting their food they can't get out because the drive thru is so and disrespectful and bumper to bumper they won't let you out. Most of the time there are barely anybody there working but a bunch of kids. Mc.Donals needs to get it together 🤨🤔ðŸ˜
Kid-friendliness: There is none. I wouldn't let my child play on that 30yr old piece of trash. They don't clean that thing. What would call it? They need something different. What happened to birthday 🥳 they don't have those anymore. I haven't seen anybody give their kids a party there since the80's....IJS!

Most ghetto experience ever. Some girl rear-ended someone, blamed or on her children, and then the girl that rear-ended the chick got in a fight with the employee inside and threw her food back in the window at her. Then, she demanded a refund while her kids were screaming and crying. Was in the drive-through for a freaking hour on top of it. It was not busy either.

Lady taken orders inside was very rude she was pregnant! I asked for extra caramel for frappe and they tried to give me juss extra on the top when I worked to McDonalds and know that extra caramel is around the cup ! Even the manager was very rude about the situation and I waited for food only to have cold fries ! Never went to a McDonalds and got this kind of service and mind you I’m pregnant also !

I've visited this location a bunch over the years, and this last time was horrible. I was missing nuggets, got the wrong sauce, I got maybe 10-15 fries, and my burger was plain despite me not asking for ANYTHING to be removed. On top of that, the worker at the window called me "bruh" while handing my a half full drink. I'll be visiting a different store anytime I decide to eat McDonald's because, frankly, I don't feel like paying money to get screwed with by workers who act like I'm causing THEM trouble by ordering food at the place THEY decided to work at. Either hire employees who can act like adults, or shut down.

I placed a mobile order for dine in and when I got there, the dining room was closed (it was around 7:00PM) and they told me to go to drive through. I called and told them I want my money back since my expectations were not met. If the dining room is closed, they should have deactivated the counter and table service options on the mobile order app so it was all their fault. I hate going through drive through. I did get my money back, but she was extremely rude, arrogant, and never apologized for their mistake. This manager needs to be fired.
This McDonalds has improved in recent years. The food quality could still use a little improvement, but the customer service isn't terrible like it used to be.
