This particular McDonald's on 16th St. Orange ..was chaos . So many workers and everyone going in circles. So lots of orders late and mistakes...it needs management help.

Horrible. The grease on the floor is so thick my granddaughter slid and fell ( no injury just disgusting). My shoes were actually sliding just trying to stand in the same spot. My husband's burger was raw. Never again. They need a new building and a new crew because this was hazard after hazard and no one seemed to care

I see server was rude to everyone. There was an elderly lady just before us and she never even called her number for her to get her food and what she did go up there to check on it the lady working there was rude to her about it.. also got aggravated when all the sodas were flat and we asked for some sweet tea from the back cause they had none out front. My daughter‘s sandwich was fine. The fries were good. I ordered double cheeseburger and when I got home, we opened it up and I had ordered easy mustard. The bun was literally crunchy and when I bit into it, mustard went everywhere. It was terrible.. I do not recommend the McDonald’s on 16th St. in Orange. This is not our first time of having a bad experience unfortunately. I don’t generally ever give bad reviews, but this was extremely bad this time.

Place was busy at lunch time and employees were overwhelmed. Food ok since it is McDonald.
I was fired because a manager approached me with hmmm yeah I called the cops on you and your old lady and all I said was hmm ain’t you supposed to be in back drive…. I’ve been dealing with this for four whole months straight, I’m the victim

We were nervous to try this McDonald's due to the reviews, but we did anyway and we had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, fast service, food was good, it was very clean, and we were happy it had a playscape for the kids to play and stretch their legs before we were back on the road to Florida.

Terrible, first she got my order wrong,then she didn't give my kids thier drink so when I asked about it she got an attitude with me then claimed I snatched them from her started yelling and cursing in front of other customers and the manager did absolutely nothing so I called the manager over and tried to explain then the girl started yelling and cursing again and the manager just walked off,,this was last night may20 around 930pm. Never in my life have I been disrespected in front of a manager at a McDonald's,,nothing was said to the employee, she wasn't pulled aside nothing because I set there to see, terrible place to be at
