Restrooms were the worst I’ve ever seen in 50+ years of going to McDonald’s. I’ve always enjoyed McDonald’s food and especially while traveling. Always have clean restrooms. While traveling we stopped at McDonalds in Orange, Tx on Hwy 62. After using restrooms, I refused to order food. They were filthy, toilets and sink. Water on the floors around both toilets and no toilet tissue. Totally disgusting.

We Was In The Lobby Before 11pm Nobody Came To The Front Until 11:02pm. They Said Drive Through Only So We Stated We In A Big 18wheeler They Didn’t Take Our Order Or Anything. Never Coming Here Again

Ordered through door dash, got my food and noticed they didn’t give me one of my 10 piece nuggets which was on the receipt, my door dash driver was more than willing to go back to get it for me. So I called up there 5 times no answer. And to top it off my Big Mac patties were burnt to a crisp and were super tiny. Will never order from this specific McDonalds again.

I was so excited to eat some breakfast, but I soon learned from the employee that they don't serve breakfast anymore after 10:30 AM. It would be great to post this information so customers can see before they enter or at the front.

This is one of the nastiest McDonald's I have been to in a long while. Service was terrible, staffer walked by the counter with no acknowledgement until finally spoken to. Bathrooms and tables were disgusting. Food should be the only consistent thing since its McDonald's, but nope and it took forever. 10/10 would not recommend

Went in to get food and use the restroom. Witnessed an employee with an apron on use the restroom and leave without washing his hands to go back behind the counter and prepare food. Brought it up to the girl at the front desk because it was nasty to say the least where I was told she doesn't wash her hands either, just uses germ x, so I brought it up to the manager who disregarded it like it was not an issue. Didn't eat there and went on my way. June 2 2025. 9a.m.

Stopped by for a bite to eat on the way to the next job assignment. Stopped at the drive thru. Took off Stopped got ready to eat And to my Surprise they gave no ketchup for my large fries and no paper napkins. Burger king throws ketchup in your bag and asks if you want extra. Fries are made to be eaten with ketchup from my point of view. finished up and wipe hands with napkins luckily i saved napkins from last visit to Burger king Burger was delicious and so were the fries but would of been better with Ketchup. Dissapointed
