The food was awful. The chicken fried steak had an awful taste so I peeled the yellow breading off and found pressed meat about the thickness of a slice of bologna. It was so thin that it actually had a hole larger than an inch in diameter in it down to the breading on the other side. The mashed potatoes which I had to pay an upcharge for were not even lukewarm. See the picture in the comments. Also, the salad was in a very small bowl and had a little lettuce, a slice of tomato and about a tablespoon of shredded cheese.

Honestly, if I had to choose between Texas Roadhouse and Rick’s, I’d pick Rick’s in a heartbeat. The food was absolutely outstanding, and our server, Brittany, gave us phenomenal service!

Went there today order shrimp and fish and. My girl friend order chicken strips it was horrible no flavor what so ever and it took them almost an hr to get our food and we were the only ones there don’t wast you money or time there

You know how sometimes you just want some good fried shrimp and a baked potato? This place can meet your needs! Nice crispy shrimp, excellent tartar sauce which is very important! Give them a try!
Grilled fish was great but the supposed CAJUN RICE was so bland I would feed it to a toddler.!.! And asked for a bowl of jalapenos w/ our supper and got maybe 2 slices because that's ALL THEY HAD LEFT.!?! Ordered grilled lobster w/ this also and had to ask again for it at the end of the meal because it was forgotten about by the chef.!.! VERY DISAPPOINTED....Almost ruined our date night.! Waitress was great though.!.!

Me & friend went out to eat this evening. & after being seated, we got our drinks & the tartar sauce for the fish we ordered. After being there for about 40 minutes another couple came in & ordered. They got their food before ours, i asked the lady who was serving us why our food was taking so long, she walked away with an attitude & went to other table & still completely ignored us. I have never had such rude customer service at this place. Not sure if she was racist or not cause the other couple was white, while me & my friend are black. Will not be back.
