The food was horrible. I try not complain but, this needs to be mentioned. I ordered fried calamari, mushrooms, pickles and some wings; $43 Wasted! The fried calamari were as if they took rubber bands, battered them, then deep in the fryer. So chewy. The mushrooms didn't have any season, and tasted like they were fried in old and dirty grease. I'm willing to bet mostly everything is frozen and freezer burnt, but still being used. The pickles were okay, and wings weren't the hype. So I threw it all away. Gordon, please raid this place kitchen. Idk how it got good reviews..

My experience at Ricky Grill and Steak Seafood was deeply disappointing. I visited during a late dinner and ordered unsweetened tea along with wings, which had looked appealing in the photos from online reviews. However, when the wings arrived, they were extremely cold in random spots. I asked the waiter to touch them to feel how cold they were, and he did so, apologizing and offering to heat them up. He took them back to the kitchen, where I could hear him microwaving them. Upon returning, it was evident they had been microwaved, and he hadn’t even replaced the wing he had touched. When I inquired if they had been microwaved, he confirmed it. At that point, I lost my appetite and decided to leave without eating. I was initially expected to pay the full amount, so I requested to speak with the manager. The young waiter called the manager, and I was offered a discount but still required to pay. I did so and left a 20% tip for the waiter, as he had shown some empathy and tried to assist. Overall, I was extremely let down: the wings bore no resemblance to those pictured in the reviews, the food arrived with frozen-cold spots, and the overall customer service was subpar. The only reason I’m not giving this a one-star rating is the waiter’s genuine effort to help. This ranks as one of my most disappointing dining experiences in recent memory, especially since no full resolution was provided, and I was still charged for uneaten, substandard food. I won’t be returning and recommend seeking better quality elsewhere for quality food and management that handles issues effectively. Receipt attached

Y'all please go to this place! We just went first time today & had oyster poboy, gumbo, fried mushrooms & loved it all! Just a tip though i think they should turn all the tv's on & do specials for lunch & do nightly specials too! Maybe they do but idk for sure

Great place it was really empty when we dined in and no music played on the background which was a bomber lol. The food was REALLY GOOD! the steak was divine and the wings omg chef kiss. My partner didn’t like his fried catfish and I also ordered crab cake and it was too breaded and oily I would stay away from the crabcake. And they don’t sell alcoholic beverages but you are allowed to bring your alcohol with you for no extra charge.
I hope they try and play some soft jazz or something while people eat or have some type of entertainment going on.
Not very good never again! The carb cakes were not good! Grilled vegetables were really good! Crawfish dinner was just ok. Hamburger was awful! It took over a hour to even get our food waitress was doing best she could.

The food was awful. The chicken fried steak had an awful taste so I peeled the yellow breading off and found pressed meat about the thickness of a slice of bologna. It was so thin that it actually had a hole larger than an inch in diameter in it down to the breading on the other side. The mashed potatoes which I had to pay an upcharge for were not even lukewarm. Also, the salad was in a very small bowl and had a little lettuce, a slice of tomato and about a tablespoon of shredded cheese.

The food was awful. The chicken fried steak had an awful taste so I peeled the yellow breading off and found pressed meat about the thickness of a slice of bologna. It was so thin that it actually had a hole larger than an inch in diameter in it down to the breading on the other side. The mashed potatoes which I had to pay an upcharge for were not even lukewarm. See the picture in the comments. Also, the salad was in a very small bowl and had a little lettuce, a slice of tomato and about a tablespoon of shredded cheese.

Have been wondering about this place for a while a lot of times there are not many cars there so I had to stop in today and check it out... I got the jumbo bacon wrapped shrimp, my daughter got the boiled shrimp, food was great and place was clean.. highly recommend !!
