I went by there today made my order. They forgot the tots Charge me for a large burrito ended up with a junior burrito Went back and the lady was rude Argued with me and said don't let it happen again Customer service sucks. Please check your staff

I had a mobile order and added and additional drink. The girl couldn't hear me over the speaker and quickly came out to get my order in person. The additional drink was promptly delivered. My mobile order came out shortly after, though the slush had melted more than I was happy with. The carhop rushed off to remake it with a smile, despite the heat. Everything tasted fine and the service was excellent.

wait time was EXTREMELY long, i even ordered my food online hours before hand to be ready at a certain time and they couldn’t bother to get it right
First time having to do this. I ordered my food on the mobile app to be ready at 12:30 so I can eat during my lunch break. 30 minutes later and still no food

By far the worst sonic I've ever experienced in 38 years. Brought me a black chicken sandwich and tried to tell me that was normal??? Golden brown is done. Not black. These people are goofballs and couldn't get anything right. Didn't put mayo on my mom's burger. Didn't bring out a drink carrier like we asked. And when they finally put our drinks in a drink carrier the small drink was laying sideways and spilling all in the carrier. This place needs new managers and a better GM. I will spread the word to never go to this sonic. I've lived here my entire life and would not feed this cold food to a dog. Pretty bad when Vidor has better employees and managers.

My husband and I went and ordered seasoned crinkle fries were given regular crinkle fries(were only charged for reg crinkle fries) also ordered EXTRA pickles on my berger…NO pickles at all!!!! His meal was fine. My husband repeated himself 3 times! The guy, and it was a male voice, said “yeah” back. It’s not difficult, our country is screwed!
