I always visit this location as it is super close to where I live. But today I ordered a slush and there was some sort of red debris floating through it. I am not sure what it was but I couldn’t finish my small slush because of it. I always hear that this location is not the cleanest but this is my first experience confirming this!! Sad day :/

Bruh I was 10 at the drive through window and nobody answered. I could see the workers just walking back n forth but there were only 2 other cars. I’m pretty sure I saw a crack head and an eleven year old making drinks and picking their nose

Worst service! I ordered two drinks the car behind me got there two drinks while I sat and waited for mine. I ordered no food and was in the drive-thru . I have no idea what happened and why they weren't able to make two drinks and serve people in order in the drive-through but this was absolutely the worst service I've ever received at that Sonic. Ended up driving away with nothing and going to the one on 16th Street which provided better service. The one on MacArthur is ran down and disgraceful in the service is pitiful.

Used mobile app to order ahead 2 shakes and had to wait at drive thru window 20 minutes before being told to go to stall where I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my 2 shakes that melted and tasted terrible as you can tell it was just sitting there for about 35-40minutes, terrible customer service.

This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable and makes the entire experience extremely unpleasant. I expected much better standards of cleanliness and quality control. I won’t be returning.
