Stopped here after a 6 hour drive, and I was tired! After my daughter and I ordered, we got to watch the team in action. Those young ladies were busy, but efficient! Keeli and her team were kind and generous. We had a great experience there! Keep up the good work!

Terrible nasty disgusting gross bathrooms!!! Lazy people working here that dont clean because they’re too busy laughing and cutting up behind the counter! Never coming here again! No one has standards anymore . People are freaking lazy. They go to work to get a paycheck but do nothing to earn it . Do not even bother replying to this either Starbucks telling me to call some stupid number to talk to customer service because I won’t . Yall are stuck with this bad review because yall chose to have zero standards and not simply keep a bathroom clean!

Really got to be super specific with your order. Only one employee acted like she knew the business, but ALL the others need seriously more guidance and training. Cashier rings everything up wrong which messes up everyone else. Needless to say, home coffee is more reliable to be correctly made. I feel bad for the ONE of 13 people there that appreciated her job.

I order here all the time the workers are filthy and ridiculous they make my drinks wrong and they don’t wash their hands (this one girl coughed into her hands then continue to make my drinks). Then the other day I was waiting patiently on my drink waiting for it to be made then this girl was like ARE you waiting on FOOD! with a rude tone of voice I said no? I’m waiting on my drinks I don’t know it’s just not a comfortable place to sit inside and enjoy a coffee oh and they gave me a cup with the wrong size lid and on my way home (I was carrying a drink carrier) fell and spilt everywhere in the car I love Starbucks but at this location they need to do better
Today they gave blonde shots in my drink when it is supposed to be traditional. That basically ruins my whole day because I can't drink it and have no energy all day at work. This has been happening more and more. I don't know if they are just too lazy to go grab more traditional shots when they run out our of they weren't trained properly.

This location of Starbucks, which is located in Orange, Texas, is a great spot for a coffee stop!! My boyfriend & I recently visited while road-tripping through this town, and we had a good experience. The staff were kind + accommodating, and the place was very well-kept! Their bathrooms were in excellent condition, and they made our coffee exactly as we ordered it. Of note, there are great views of Orange's adorable water tower from this Starbucks' parking lot (as pictured in this review)!! :-)
