Ordered from the App and instructed them to cut foot long sandwich into three sections. They cut it into two sections and when I arrived I had to wait for them to serve another person before they would hand me my already made and packaged sandwich. Last time I ordered they put the sandwich on a shelf at the end of the counter and when I walked in they told me to just grab it and go. This time I had to wait.

Ordered online, meat cheese, all veggies except olive and extra veggies, oil and vinegar and chipotle sauce. Had my husband pick up the order on his way home because we live 20 miles away. Get my sandwich and all it has on it is meat, cucumber, lettuce, and mayo. Called the store and said there wasn't anything they could do since I'm not driving 40 minutes to complete my sandwich. The guy did apologize, but of course the manager said nothing we can do. Make sure to check your online orders before you leave the store.

These people who work here clearly would rather be somewhere else. I will drive a little further next time I want something that's quick and easy. The churro was microwaved and was chewy, hard and not delicious. I threw it out. The wrap I ordered was drenched in sauce and was too much dough. The person working was not very helpful.

We placed our order online and it took us about 10 minutes to get there then we waited 30 minutes in the parking lot to them to bring it out never showed up so my daughter went in and the lady said they hadn't even started making it yet and it would be another 15 minutes

Team leader seemed to act snooty towards the younger guys making the customers sandwiches.The younger guys were doing their best to serve the people waiting and she just seemed to be barking orders while standing at the cash register and had no idea what customers even had on their sandwiches, you had to tell her what you had on it so she could ring it up.After ordering two 6 inch subs, we noticed hardly any meat on the sandwiches, mostly veggies and bread.Just not a good vibe here.

I ordered Italian BMT. Requested no lettuce, extra banana peppers. Got home , no lettuce but a lot of spinach! A few banana peppers with the addition of jalapeño peppers. This isn't the first time my order was messed up. I think I am done with Subway!

Hope you're hungry for attitude! Every interaction with any staff at this location for the past few months, has been atrocious. From the middle aged woman who huffs and puffs to the little dark haired girl who can't stop rolling her eyes, stomping her foot, and angrily snatching the food with a death grip... you're going to receive more attitude and rudness than a meal from here. Literally go anywhere else, I know I will.
