“I watch a young man handle a nasty customer with absolute professional service. She cussed him and was just causing a fuss and this young man did the most outstanding job I've seen someone do in such a situation. I didn't catch the name but that crew was working their tail off while training a new worker and dealing with about as sour of a customer as you'll find.
