Order placed in vidor and was picked up wrong. Did not notice until I got home from a 2 hour drive. Brandy dunn the manager made this right for me in orange. Completely recommended. Fast service. Great customer service. Very friendly and accommodating.

I don’t know if the employees just don’t think but I never seem to get what I order I ask for beans with extra sauce but why is there chicken in the beans they need to get their stuff together

As usual, everything was great and the staff is always so friendly. The two cashiers Jesse and Katie were so sweet and helpful. The managers were so sweet and cool.
The girl taking my order was great. Got the food fast and brought it home. I asked and paid for extra chicken and was very disappointed when I got home to find there was hardly any chicken in the bowl. There was probably at most an ounce of shredded chicken, no way that bowl had the 25 grams of protein that they say it does!! Won't go there again!

Very poor service on the night shift I had it delivered through Uber Eats Taco Bell sent out food that I didn't order the whole order was completely wrong I pay $23 for food I didn't get I'm very unsatisfied and I'm never gonna give my business anymore night crew needs to get themselves together
