Fast and easy.
I watch a young man handle a nasty customer with absolute professional service. She cussed him and was just causing a fuss and this young man did the most outstanding job I've seen someone do in such a situation. I didn't catch the name but that crew was working their tail off while training a new worker and dealing with about as sour of a customer as you'll find. Y'all keep up the amazing examples you're setting <3

The staff here are cussing and yelling, and we wanted to stay and dine in, but we’re so uncomfortable and frankly a little bit afraid to eat the food now I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to enjoy my meal. Disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Friendly, but no $5 box on the kiosk. Employee looked but couldn't find it either. He was able to get it on the register. Ice cold inside.
Customer service was good they never have the food I want. The taco taste old, the taco shell was stale I wouldn’t recommend eating here ok I’m not

1002 pm 3 individuals refused service to a truck driver that is diabetic. This place is just a modern day place where no one wants to work. It wouldn't have taken long to make 3 bean burritos

We're is the nice lady in drive thru...she the only reason I was driving out my way to come to this location for the welcoming customer service..so disappointed
Samuel Gonzales manager can't take pressure but a manager how? This guy took 20 minutes to make 1 order. There is no one else inside the restaurant, only drive thru, which I can't access due to its a semi truck. Bro tells me we are short-handed 3 people, but i am steady seeing drive thru orders fly out. I asked nicely after 12 minutes, how long on the order, sir? Unprofessional response. "If you would like to fill out an application, you can." Not to be disrespectful, but I am good. I have a good education and make good money. Samuel: " So why are you here?" Lmao TO EAT!!!!! LIKE SIR CAN YOU MAKE MY FOOD SO I CAN LEAVE. You can handle your emotions later or whatever is going on with you personally. 😆😆😆 Can't make this up...
By the way, Samuel Gonzales. I did call corporate, and while waiting on the one item, the rest of my food was cold. I think you should keep your job but "manager" isn't your title "employee."

I personally love Taco bell no matter what... But the service of a particular individual with beard at this location during night is absolutely ridiculous, Unprofessional.
He threw the food at us in the driveway thru window rather handing it to us...may be he is not interested in working and considers he is doing a big favor...
