Placed an online order for a cheese quesadilla, two cheesy potatoes, and 2 pack of cinnabons. VERY small order. The online order took 35 minutes for it to even be ready. I’m upset at this point and when I get home I sit down to eat and my cheese quesadilla is a CHICKEN quesadilla. There was no line in the drive through and it was only me in the lobby. They weren’t busy but my food was still incorrect. Do better.

NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE! Only ordered 2 items & was told to park around the front where I waited 20 minutes... the order i received was the wrong order & it was cold. The manager didn't seen the least bit concerned & stayed on his phone. This happened around 1am & they weren't busy. I myself work in the fastfood industry but this was a horrible experience with no excuse. I will not be back too this location.

I was disappointed. Ordered 2 grande meals 4 soft tacos meat and cheese only 1 Mexican pizza meal and 1 Mexican pizzA by itself. Got all crunchy tacos covered in lettuce 4 soft tacos covered in lettuce the Mexican pizzas had no tomatoes. Didn't get the drink and no plastic wear to eat with. 56 dollars for what I didn't want. FYI they don't answer the phone either.

Made a mobile order. They asked who it was for. I told them and they gave me my drink. It took more than 20 minutes to receive my food. Everyone else got their order and they did not seem too concerned about mine until we started getting a bit vocal about the wait. Had to show them the mobile order again and they finally made it. Was handed it rather rudely with no apologies for the wait.

I don't understand how it is so freaking hard for you people to follow directions. I ask for no sour cream on my food. You enter it with no sour cream. On the screens it shows no sour cream. SOMEHOW the idiots(yes that's called for) making my food put sour cream on everything, even things that don't ever have sour cream! Everyone there should be fired honestly.

I have never had a problem with this Taco Bell. Other then being promised by the GM that they would always be able to make an enchirito and never getting one. However tonight. My order was taken rushedly and I was not asked if I wanted sauces. So I asked for said sauce at the window. The cashier took my card and did not return it until after I got my food. Then did Not give me my sauces.

The only thing consistent you can get at this Taco Bell is soggy food or your order wrong! Time and time again this happens. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been to this location without them messing it up. I don’t even leave the parking lot now without checking!
