Excellent customer service! The food can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's super fresh and some times I get lukewarm fries. But I go back because the employees are so great at this location.

There was 20 patties sitting out on the stove. Took my burger back two times cause it was cold! Dirty inside. Rust on tables, cushions ripped, stains on floor.

If I could give this Wendy's a Zero star that would be it.I ordered online and when I told the lady my order name in a very rude way she said we don't have any tea .I asked if I could get a lemonade or something like that and she said no it has to be a fountain drink.I said ok if I dont like it can I get something else she said No they all taste like water. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHE SAID NO and then started cussing at me so I drove off.She was the manager and her name is Crystal so she said

I'm a vet with disabilities that does Uber & Uber Eats. The store has a note on the app that says go through drive thru for pick up. Upon going through they told me pickups needed to come inside to verify order. Understanding,although painfully, I went inside and all they needed was a name. I could have given them the name at the drive thru, without the added pain.
