They take so freaking long to take your order because they can’t hear you even if you yell, take the money so you can pay, and then give you your food. They don’t care either and are so rude. We just sat in the drive thru for 30 mins and she took 15 extra mins to go make 1 drink!!!!!!!!

It was a good lunch, quiet, visited and joked with other ppl having lunch. It was clean service was quick. Good overall.
Personally, found out, that when you order drive thru, it's best to always say you want fresh whatever it is. Like fresh fried fries. Etc. You don't want something that had been cooking 10-15 minutes before you got there. Just a Lil tip.
James is the BEST!!! He gave unbelievable service and was very efficient. He deserves a raise.

Asked for tea. Dejun or whatever said the machine is broke. So I got lemonade aside for sweetener she said don’t have that. So I asked ok what do yall put in the coffee then she asked someone oh here we go. Lazy and my opinion rings are burnt from dirty oil

Literally night and day difference for service. Night crew took 28 mins to serve a chicken wing meal on a slow 11:50pm night and would have taken longer if I didn't ask what was going on. Day crew, with a ton more customers, same order, took under 10 mins.
