Literally night and day difference for service. Night crew took 28 mins to serve a chicken wing meal on a slow 11:50pm night and would have taken longer if I didn't ask what was going on. Day crew, with a ton more customers, same order, took under 10 mins.

Paid 13 dollars for my pattymelt. When I asked what all comes on it I was told pepper jack cheese, American cheese and onions. So I ordered it and once I got back to work they had put some kind of sauce on it and couldn't go back and have them fix it because I couldn't leave work again.

So today I went in to get my burger fixed the way it was suppose to be made and when I went in they said “what is it now”? And I told them and then she took it to the back and they all laughed and were judging me their customer for their mistakes
