I cancelled the order and got a refund because the 3 chicken strips comes with only 1 sauce and 1 extra sauce was $0.91. Enough is enough with price gouging. Plus, 1 sauce is not enough.

This whataburger is out of control. I came in and got lunch here like I usually do. While trying to enjoy my food I heard yelling, cussing and arguing coming from the kitchen. The manager was yelling at all the staff in a very unprofessional way saying that she doesn’t need any of them there and she could do it by herself. I definitely will not be coming back to this location if that is how management treats their employees. Truly sad.

Manager dont know the advertisement they have up. Says FREE COFFEE FOR veterans. Manager stated that was only last Month. The sign still up.
Only had 1 prior experience here with a long wait time. Today we had hair in the fries, a missing milkshake, and asked for a “plain” cheeseburger to find out it had ketchup. I’m now seeing that unfortunately this is a common experience at this location.

Ketchup on my double meat Whataburger! I’ve been eating Whataburger for over 20 years, and love the authentic flavor. I moved up north where there isn’t a Whataburger, so when i come down south, it’s a favorite treat.
As soon as i bit it, i was pissed. I’m a trucker at the rest area nearby, and had to use DoorDash to deliver, so it’s not like i can go and replace the burger. This burger doesn’t come with ketchup. The sauce was suppose to be mustard which gives this burger its unique flavor.
Luckily DoorDash refunded me $5 (this location forgot other items that i paid for), but ketchup on a Whataburger is FOUL. I don’t know if a new person is on the grill, or perhaps the grill person wasn’t paying attention. Either way, they need to be watched. They’ve probably been adding ketchup on customers Whataburger’s all day🤮
Update: Oh! I forgot to mention that they took so long, the first Doordasher gave up. The second dasher was more patient. I’m park med less than 2 miles away, and it took over an hour to get my food.
