Never been here before really delicious food for sure. Maybe a little more effort with customer service. Wasn't greeted at 5 employees in the lobby and I was trying to ask a question and was ignored.
The crew is out of control. Lots of yelling and cussing in the kitchen area. Waited for a very long time for my order. Not a friendly child environment with all of the cussing and yelling from the staff!!!!! Will have a very hard time coming back to this location. What-a-shame! It's a brand new store too. Not a great way to start!!!!!
So the food is always great, service is mostly good but y’all always forget to put ketchup in my bag and it’s happened the last 4 times I’ve gone. Luckily I’ve now been asking each time for ketchup before I leave. Also one time y’all forgot my fries 😭 I was really sad cause I was really looking forward to spicy ketchup and fries!
