The new AI ordering system is terrible. We needed a minute to look at the menu and after telling it twice to hold on I finally yelled give me a min and it registered. Once we ordered we said all done and it took a very long pause. We thought we were just gonna have to drive to the window. Finally it told us our order. No reason to have this at all. This does not make things faster. We told the lady at the window we were sorry if we were taking a while and she just stared at us like we had three heads. She did not talk or greet us. It was a very transactional experience.

Only weird thing was the young lady kept staring at me like she knew me. LoL I just moved here a week ago so it's not possible. Great food. Drinks are not watered down so A++
The new order system. The system repeats orders after changes.. that's all well and good but if the order isn't right it repeats mistakes that have to be fixed at the window.. 5 minutes later of a 30 second order and I want the humanity back in my order process... Please keep people

If you don't know about this place you'll wouldn't understand. The dogs taste great, and the chili sauce they use is like no other. Combine those two with cheese, and you have the most perfect meal. Don't get just 1 because you will want to eat till you're stuffed, and don't leave that chili sauce on that paper wrapper. You have to get that sauce, too.
