Dairy Queen

Placed an order at about 7pm. I ordered a Dude sandwich, french fries and gravy, strawberry Shake with health bar in it. I should’ve checked my order before I left, but I did not. I got to my clients house and was unable to eat until about 9:30 and realized that I did not get a dude
sandwich. I got a cheeseburger with nothing on it except for meat and cheese. Fries were under cooked. Over all it was not a pleasant experience.

20 minutes for 3 tacos with maybe 6 people dinning inside. Was pretty good and should have been for 20 minutes to make them

Just had a bacon cheeseburger all the ingredients were fresh probably the best burger I've had in awhile and great service

So we went to DQ this past Friday night because my daughter and grands were passing through and were hungry ( I knew it was bad but had been over a year since I had been there ) I wanted to give them the benefit of maybe changing.. And let me tell you it was just as bad as it had been in the past! Ok so yes they were just finishing a big order for the football team ( I didn’t even think about it being football night ) we got there just before the football crowd but told them we were not in a hurry so the wait was not the issue, the issue was the attitude of just a few employees. I the ordered chicken strip basket and a couple burgers were ordered and tacos. All the fries were limp and cold I tried not to complain but after spending almost 80 .00 we at least wanted hot fries. The girl that brought the food was great and apologized more than once and took them back ( while getting a drink my grandson heard someone talking to her horrible but couldn’t say who he thought it was an older lady and someone in the kitchen ) then while waiting on fries I went to eat the chicken and it was ice cold in side so I walked it to the counter and got an eye roll from employees except from same girl she again apologized ( not her fault ) the receipt got thrown away by accident so I couldn’t leave a review or call in a complaint. But it don’t seem to do much complaining since nothing changes

I love this Dairy Queen. Always clean, very friendly worker, great customer service so hard to find these days and the food is always fresh.

I went to Dairy Queen in Overton this evening to get a Belt Buster w/ cheese no tomato w/ mayo. I also got my family a couple blizzards, which were fine. I get home and am ready to enjoy my burger as it is my favorite food. I open it to discover the burger has a single patty rather than two, TWO tomatoes, and ketchup. The only thing correct was the bun. So I drive back up there to see if I can get the burger I ordered. I go inside rather than the drive through as I figured they would need to see the other burger. I tell the cashier my burger was the wrong burger and he offers to have it remade. I was very polite and said that would be great. I stand at the front counter thinking it won't take long as it is ONE burger that is a remake. It took 30 minutes for me to receive my remade burger. The cashier apologizes for the wait and offers me a free cone for the trouble to which I decline as I'm not big on ice cream and I say thank you though have a good night. I get home and take a bite of my burger, then proceeded to throw it into the woods for the animals. The bun was wet as though it had been ran under sink water, mayo was slathered on the burger in a globular fashion to where I think the layers of mayo were thicker than my two patties. The burger patties smelled and tasted of my cats fancy feast wet food. I felt like I had found a burger in the dumpster after it had rained and went in for bite. I don't know who you have up there preparing your food at this Dairy Queen, but they do NOT give one inkling about the food they are sending out. I would be embarrassed to work or manage at this restaurant if you would call it that. If you are looking at the reviews wondering if it's a good idea to come here, don't. It's worth the drive to another town or make some instant noodles at home. I see at least 6 people on staff and they are yelling and arguing like they are going through a lunch rush in Tyler. You legit have like 10 orders up, maybe. I have worked in the food industry for some time, I know things happen but this isn't something happening. This is bad training, this is people not caring, this is poor service. The only reason it's open is there is no competition. It would survive nowhere else. I will never come here again and you shouldn't either. What a joke.

This is the only fast food restaurant in Overton and it's too bad. I've seen many people complain about service or food quality. I wasn't up for a 20 minute drive and decided to go for some lunch. I went through the drive through and I got my food fast and it was hot, but while I was eating there was a long thick hair in my food. I'm very grossed out now.

Always great drinks and ice cream. French fries are perfectly cooked and hot.

The lady was very rude!! She got upset at me for switching my drink from large to medium and started getting loud and rude. As someone that works in retail if your job is that stressful look for something else. Considering this girl has worked there for years, it can’t be that stressful you have to take it out on your customers. I don’t have a name but it was the older lady with the white hair.
