Stopped by on our way home for dinner and food was great! Came out fast and the environment and people were really nice. Only thing is I couldn’t hear the person taking my order and she got my brothers order wrong when she put it in but it was still great none the less would definitely go again.

This Dairy Queen is by far the best Dairy Queen I have ever been to and I’ve been all over Texas and a few other states. I ate here with a group of friends on a Thursday night and everybody enjoyed their meal. It was the freshest meal I have ever had at a Dairy Queen simply amazing.

In Ozona, TX for weekend activities, popped in to this DQ for an evening meal pf chicken strips. Excellent meal, quiet store, mild evening so we ate in their outdoor dining area. Food was prepared well and tasted very good. Thank u DQ in Ozona, TX for a wonderful dining experience!

Service was not good, and my chicken sandwich was so rubbery that it was tossed after a couple of bites. And $.79 for a bbq sauce seems excessive. The sauce had old barbecue sauce caked all over the side of the container. Poor experience today.
This DQ has good, strong unsweetened and sweetened ice tea. That's the only thing I've had here.

I just want to talk about above and beyond. My wife and I went there and ate and we had a great experience. I got home and realized I couldn't find my wallet. I went back up there. No one had turned one in. The only thing I could think of is that I threw it away with my food trash. They had already taken the trash out to the dumpster so I asked if I could, and then I went out to the dumpster and started to open it up to look for trash. The manager met me there. She handed me a pair of plastic gloves which I really appreciated. Then she put on her own pair of plastic gloves and started to dig through the trash with me. We couldn't reach a few trash bags in another dumpster so I went home to get a reacher grabber. I found my wallet on top of the dresser. I just want to say that, this was customer service at the highest level. We've always had a great experience with you all, but that was the next level. There was even someone who I think was and area manager who said when I got back with the reacher grabber he would help me dig through the trash. Thank you!

One of the WORST fast food experiences I have had in a while. (I will be writing a formal complaining to company headquarters) I called them and they were not able to provide basic services and were really delinquent in terms of the speed of answer. I was left waiting far TOO LONG and was very unsatisfied with general experience.
Keep driving to San Antonio, where the service is stronger and more responsive
