I've tried to support this chain but it keeps disappointing. Sylvan Ave location has the worst staff. Nothing is available, staff is inattentive, and food is not as good anymore. Im always rushed as if they're closing with hours left before actual closing. Looks to be the culture from the rest of these reviews

Total of 6 bacon Q’s ordered over the past two days and every one of them was made incorrectly. Most missing bacon!! And all were cold. So done with LTC

I didnt eat here ... not after watching them use the same gloved hands to handle cash as to fill the tortillas. Sure smelled good though. But nope.

Stopped into the location in Dayton TX off 90. Order 5 breakfast tacos the lady making the tacos was very rude and the food was not good. The potatoes tasted old and the beans had a burnt taste. If I could give no stars I would.

We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.

The guacamole had turned brown and the meat in the tacos was so tough they couldn't be chewed.

Asked for the chicken street tacos and literally all they put was some chicken on a flour tortilla no sauce no toppings nothing don’t recommend this place

The storr on the north side may be easyer to get too but the food is miss more then hit. The company that owns a bunch of them cares not cals go to the stripes at exit 217 a lot cleaner the food is better and the staff will not sell you the dryed out scraps all the town officails eat at the 217 exit if you stop there you will see the differance.

The tacos were pretty disappointing, the carnitas were just huge chunks of pork that were overfried and just gross. The chicken was dry and boring. Just do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place...
