We walked in as a big group and definitely overwhelmed the employees, so the long wait time made sense. But the food wasn't great, my vanilla shake just tasted like frozen milk, the mozzarella sticks were weirdly bland even with the marinara, and the chicken strips were more like nuggets but there were a lot of them, so I guess it evened out.
