Talked to owner. They are moving to Giddings. This location closing in two weeks. Hope to reopen in late February. Wish them the best and i will be going back

good food, but are closed during claimed business far too often. never posts early closure warnings on door. cannot count on them to be there when you are. unreliable.
Great food and I do really recommend this place the best part are the fajitas they have great taste and soft meat from inside 10/10
Gem next to the Whoop Stop and only 8 minutes from Sherwood camping. I went at my friend's suggestion and really did enjoy my meal. Got the poblano chicken and the veggie quesadilla. The chicken was seared nicely, still moist, and the creamy poblano sauce was fantastic. The quesadilla was also really good. The cheese and veggies were quality. My takeout came with a bag of chips with red and green sauces. Overall I was very happy with this and will be going back.
Pricey for service station food. Both my wife and I had bad reaction to the food and tossed the leftovers we took home out rather than eat them.
The service was fast and friendly and the food was real, authentic Mexican food! Everything was freshly made and very good! So glad we found this place just right down the road from where we live! Definitely going to be a regular spot for us!!
Food was authentic and delicious. The salsas were flavorful and tasty. Our waiter was very attentive and very nice. We will definitely dine there again.

So I was a bit nervous with a place connected to a gas station, but it was really good. Old school and just got everything right. The salsa and chips. get the horchata! the sauces were good and how I remembered as a kid. Even the beans and rice were good! You could tell they made everything from scratch!
Plates are big and delicious and the outsiders are great for what you get. Rice and beans are good; not bland or overly salted. Shrimp enchiladas were tasty; they don't skimp on the shrimp. Hubs greatly enjoyed ground beef burrito. The service was super fast (not crazy buzy at 1430 on a Sunday). Masks not required. Good for casual dining and quick bite.
