Had to wait 5 mins for my food in the drive thru. Get my food and leave when I get to open the good a few minutes later, instead of the sausage biscuit I asked for I received a chicken biscuit. I understand they sound so similar, but I don't understand not giving me a fork, receipt, or napkins.

Too Close for Comfort - I looked up from a morning of work and realized if I drove to Whataburger for breakfast tacos, I'd miss the window. I called their number. SOMEONE ANSWERED. Wesley, the store manager, said he'd make me my tacos. ♥️♥️ Thank you Wesley for helping a girl out. Happy Friday.

This is about the worst Whataburger I've ever been to and it's unfortunate it's the only one near me that I go to. Just ordered 40 plus dollars worth of food got home and my French fries are cold and taste old. The kid that was at the drive-thru didn't seem like he knew what he was doing didn't offer me a drink carrier then put straws in my bag had to ask for those didn't proceed to forget that I ordered an extra item. Every time I come to this Whataburger at night I have to double-check my food and make sure everything is in my bags before I leave because I have left out things multiple times. I do not recommend going to this Whataburger in the evening time because they're night time Crew suck
This place is one of my favorite stops along my route. One of the few whataburgers with a truck parking. Staff is always great to me and always help out wherever they can

Of the two locations located here in bossier city this particular location seems to have issues with staff having attitudes when bringing out orders or even having to take orders at the counter. Given the choice I prefer the other location to this one. Food wise it's bout the same-after all it is fast food.
