This was my second stop in to Mike's on Main in two months. Today they had Salmon burgers for Lent, however I had the cheese burger. The bun was a fresh cornmeal bun toasted on the flattop. The burger was a blended brisket smashed and cooked to medium. Juicy and tender with a perfect crust under a completely melted slice of sharp cheddar. Dressed with fresh veggies. Mikes on Main was a great find in Palacios! The sandwich Turkey Pesto Bagel Sandwich was so delicious especially with the flavored cream cheese. There was a variety of options for sides but I chose Fries which did not disappoint. Also, the spicy chai tea was amazing! Don't miss out on this cozy cafe! Great service and food!
