A mixed experience at 7 Brew Coffee. I really liked how friendly and energetic the staff were — they definitely create a positive vibe, and the drive-thru team was upbeat the entire time. The menu has lots of fun drink options, and the Iced Smooth 7 I tried had great flavor. But on the downside, the wait was longer than expected even though the line wasn’t very big. My drink also felt a bit too sweet, even after I asked for it to be “less sweet.” For the price, I was hoping for a little more consistency.

I try very hard not to go to this location because 99% of the time I’m going to be disappointed. Palestine branch, you really need to bring over the employees that work at the Tyler branches and have them train the staff in Palestine. Extremely poor customer service!!! Also, 7 Brew, kids aren’t meant to be managers, let’s put an adult on shift.

Every time I go to 7 Brew Coffee I have an extremely great experience. They have never gotten my order wrong and their drinks are phenomenal. I absolutely love seven brew. ♥️

My order got screwed up one drink was completely wrong. She put my number in wrong, didnt believe me about it till she reluctantly asked again what the number was after talking with her coworker, I didn't get my free drink or points. I sat for 3 mins just waiting on a straw.. She gave me two coupons to make up for this mistake for two free med drinks and then 3 days later when I tried to use them I told that they are expired and they arent allowed to take those or give them out.. manger said there was nothing she could do about it, so i just left. Music is so loud you can barely order on top of everything else.

Great drinks but we sat there for 15 mins with no cars in the line because 4 girls out of the 5 were standing around doing nothing talking about TikTok the whole time we sat there, forcing one girl to do all the work. If I was that employee I’d be real quick to discuss a schedule change with a manager. Real annoying that they can’t just make 2 drinks quickly AND THEN go back to talking

Most of the time that I go to 7 Brew everyone is busy and you get great service but there have been a few times the workers are too busy talking to each other or talking out back with a group of people/friends and it takes forever to get your order taken and no one so far can count change back. They get very confused when you give them anything other than correct change. Other than that, they've got excellent drinks.
