The place was very dirty I don't know if they were really busy before we got there but there was food all over the floor. We ordered some fried dumplings they were good but the rest of the food was not good at all.

Food was ok but not what we were expecting. Sushi was not very good. One of the cashiers was sweet. The other was on the phone with a customer and literally told her “if it wasn’t in the bag, that’s not my problem”. The way mine and the other Togo customers looked at each other. 😮💨 Feel sorry for whoever Tina is. Not sure she deserved that from the young lady that CHOSE to work in customer service.

Our waitress was Naveah! She has Great customer service skills and should be praised by her employer. I can tell she loves her job and has a great work ethic, and self motivated.
These types of employees are rare these days and they need to be appreciated more often than not.

I generally love this place but I placed an order for sushi that was clearly marked “cooked” on their menu and when my husband came home after picking up the order the sushi was raw. I’m pregnant so I couldn’t eat it. We live 30 minutes away so it’s not like my husband could drive back over real quick to fix the problem. Very disappointed.

I will service salad that cost $6 the salad was maybe 2 in by 2 in it only took me three bites and my salad was gone for $6 I have the tiger roll the pieces were cut up so large that I had to cut them in half with the fork to eat them that was 12:45 for that role the role was not fresh it fell into pieces on my plate it would even stay between my chopsticks are on my fork I had to ask for more wasabi and eel sauce because they were being too stingy with it the atmosphere was horrible my table was dirty all the gentlemen did take the dirty servings off my table and did not wash it down my meal was $20 for one person not enjoyable at all I've never had a tiger roll that tastes so horrible in my life I will not be returning
