Gave me the wrong order had to go back then had to wait with the person they gave my order to because both was wrong got food and still not right

My husband and I stopped at this Burger King #26089 2901 South Loop & Sycamore in Palestine, Tx after our visit to the Polar Express Train ride. This Bk was so dirty , the floors were filthy with food and empty fry bags and napkins all over the floor. The tables and I mean all the tables were disgustingly dirty I always carry wipes in my purse so I had to wipe down the table and seating in the booth we sat in. The Maganger was wearing dirty clothing a very poor example of a manager. I can honestly say it was pretty depressing in there.
I rate this BK location the lowest it can go. I wish I had taken pictures if I'd known I could attach them to this review.

Clean, we usually like the fries at this location but they were barley warm, the whopper Jr is a joke now a days. Tiny tiny and the tomatoe they put on the burger was about the size of a quarter and soggy. Get it together BK

Needs to bring back better food techniques. And the fries are still even when freshly made . Change out your grease and the burgers are o er load condiments and dry meat come on burgerking get back to the original ways of what burger king isn't about not just how you think you should run it

2.5 stars. Guy at the front taking orders was friendly, however it took 15 minutes just to get one kids meal. Very disorganized need to do better here. Management issues for sure.
The only reason it’s even getting one star is bc I have to put one to leave a review. I am usually not one to leave a review but enough is enough.. This is not just directed at this Burger King but something needs to be done. Every one I go to the employees act like they don’t want to be there and they mess up the food and act like they don’t care . People pay hard earned money to order food the way they want it. The whole reason people go get food to order it how they want it. Do better Burger King employees. A job is a job act like u want to be there and if u don’t then find another job.

Order the combo with a burger chicken wrap fries and a drink the burger was okay the chicken wrap was cold and terrible the fries were great and of course you can't go wrong with a Coca-Cola

We had stopped going to our BK a few years ago after the food and service went downhill. We decided to give them another chance and it's gotten so much better! The key is go during the day, don't wait until later in the evening. The food was great, our order was correct and the employees were very nice! What a pleasant change!!!
