The young lady who answered at the drive-thru was nice. No problem there. We had 2 separate mobile orders, but there was something wrong with the app. It kept shutting down and I had to keep re-ordering. Got to the first window, explained that I too had an order. She looked it up and said it was no problem, and asked us to pull up to the second window. She also said we would have to pull up to the front and mine would be brought out since it wasn't ready yet. No problem. A rude woman opened the second window and shoved my daughter's food at her without so much as looking at her, much less actually speaking to her. We pulled around front and about a minute later someone comes out and hands my daughter a bag over the railing that runs in front of the store. There's not a way for them to actually come to your vehicle there unless they wanted to climb over it. It makes zero sense that it's set up that way. I say to my daughter that there is no way that tiny bag has a large fry and a piece of Hershey pie in it. If it did, that pie would be a melted disgusting mess! Sure enough, just the pie. Why did we have to pull around and wait on just a prepackaged piece of pie?! I look it up on the app and the fries never went through. Makes no sense why not, but it is what it is. We don't want to have to go around again to get fries. We park to eat and both of our original chicken sandwiches are basically room temperature. The cheese was actually cold because the chicken wasn't hot and the bread was dried out. What a waste of time and money!

I made a mobile from my hotel room. I ordered a Patty Melt and no where does it say the Patty melt is a cheeseburger or the size of a cheeseburger. I walked back up there and the manager proceeded to tell me that they were out of buns and wrappers for the Patty melt. So they decided to make my $7 burger into and $3 cheeseburger for me to eat! Worst burger I’ve ever been to! What a great looking Patty melt!

I just went thru the drive thru and OMG do you like soggy onion rings? That's what I got horrible and the service was let's say "wanna be a rapper" I sat there for a good 3 to 4 minutes before he took my money as he ask ya got the whopper with onion rings as he closed the window and go to what appears to be rapping as he's moving his hand around, I almost drove off and wish I would have...... I suggest go in it's way better
